Here at Easy Fuels we like to make it, you guessed it – ‘Easy’

Therefore we offer an ‘Easy’ Invoice Settlement Service (EISS) to allow you to pay for your fuel/order invoice quickly and easily to save you time and effort.

How Does It Work?

Our Easy Invoice Settlement Service is offered in 2 ways, either by payment via a CPA (debit card) or by a variable Direct Debit, both can be set up in a few ‘Easy’ steps.

CPA – How does a Continuous Payment Authority work?

This method of payment is set up on your instruction by Easy Fuels, by making one secure initial payment through our merchant services dashboard (Sagepay) with the debit card details you wish to make the payments from.

This payment will be ‘repeated’ for each new invoice/order amount once
delivered and your receipt emailed/posted at your request.

For security we will not accept any card details online, please call us with your valid card information. (Please Note – Easy Fuels will NOT hold your full card information after the first transaction)

(Please note: Corporate/Business Credit Cards cannot be used on CPA – Please use Direct Debit below)

Variable Direct Debit

The variable Direct Debit service is set up directly with Go Cardless via this link: https://pay.gocardless.com/AL0002S7211XMJ and can authorise invoices to a maximum of £5,000.

The payment is requested after delivery and will be authorised from your bank after 5 working days. All invoices will be emailed to you once the payment has been requested making it ‘Easy‘ for you to keep track of your accounts.

FAQ's

What financial information of mine will you hold?

Easy Fuels Ne Ltd will NOT hold any FULL Card or Bank details, these will be held my the Payment Dashboard (SagePay) or the Direct Debit Company (Go Cardless).

What if my payment does not authorise?

CPA
1. Your card may have expired or you may have had a replacement card, no problem, we can collect the new information from you and set up a new CPA.

2. The funds may not be available at the time we tried your CPA, therefore we will try and repeat the transaction over a number of days, if we continue to have issues we will contact you.

Direct Debit
1. You may have cancelled your ‘Easy Invoice Settlement Service’ Direct Debit Instruction, if this is the case we can resend you the link to set up again.

2. The funds may not be available when the Go Cardless request your payment. We will contact you in this instance and arrange another payment method.
