HOW IT WORKS
Easy Fuels NE Ltd offer an ‘Easy’ monthly budget manager (MBM) to allow you to save for your next fuel/order in small regular amounts via Direct Debit to help manage your budget.
We have a range of plans available to suit your usage and budget, along with choice of dates that you may wish your payment to be taken.
Our MBM can only be set up via email, therefore a valid email address must be available and can be used on Domestic accounts (Home Heating Oil) only.
How does it work?
Firstly, You will need to decide how much you would like to ‘save’ per month towards your next order. Then click on the link (below) for your chosen plan which will be set up directly with our Direct Debit Company (Go Cardless).
This payment will be taken automatically on your chosen date every month and ‘banked’ against your account. When are ready to make your next order for your home heating oil, then all of your banked payments will show as a credit and will be deducted from your order total.
What if I don’t have enough credit for my next order?
That’s fine we can still take your order, all we would need to do is to take the extra payment needed at the time of your order (ie the difference between your order amount and what you have banked in credit so far).
What happens if I have more credit than I need for my order?
No problem, AFTER delivery has been made, you can choose to have any credit left either refunded (Over £20/Via BACS only) OR leave the remainder on your account as a credit to give you a head start towards your next order. Please note, credit refunds may take approx. 14-21 days to process.
Do you adjust my payments to suit my usage?
No, this plan is totally in your control, you are not paying for fuel used, you are saving towards your next order so need to set your plan to make sure the amount you save is enough to cover your order
What if I want to stop my MBM?
Again no problem, it’s all in your control, you can cancel your direct debit at any time via Go Cardless however 7 days’ notice must be given prior to your payment due date. Any credit to date on your account at the point of cancelling your D/D must be used for orders.
